Is it a refresh?
The Ally X could have a better battery, and not by a little bit, according to Gordon.
As for an actual reveal, well have to wait until June 2 during Computex.
That handheld under the ROG Ally isn’t the new black edition but an MSI Claw. Don’t worry; you wouldn’t be the only one to confuse them at first glance.Photo: Kyle Barr / Gizmodo
The new Ally could have a black veneer instead of a white one.
We werent really expecting anything too massive from ROG.
After all, its only been a little more than a year since the company first announced the Ally.
The company has sinceexpanded the warrantyon its handheld with an extra promise to reimburse users for damaged cards.
Theoriginal Steam Deckwas also largely unfinished on release but didnt suffer as major a hardware failure as Asus did.
Theres never been more handhelds available on the market today.
Obviously, that markets only going to get bigger.
