Typically, these aurora happen towards Earths poles, along the planets magnetic field.
Sadly, the University has had to respond to these claims.

Thats rightscientists actually can create little auroras as they study the ionosphere.
But thats where similarities cease; HAARP isnt powerful enough to create auroras like those that occur naturally.
