The best possible life is ranked as a 10 and the worst possible is a 0.
Unfortunately, it appears the unhappiness of Gen Z and Millennials is the reason were sliding so rapidly.

But the U.S. wasnt entirely alone in this regard.
Whats causing this huge disparity in happiness among American generations?
Loneliness is almost twice as high among the Millennials than among those born before 1965.

But if were to look into the problem, we might start there.
For example, Afghanistan was ranked third from the bottomin 2019.
Needless to say, its hard to be happy when yourestarving to death.
