I dont want to be bothered ever unless Im the one reaching out and initiating the bothering.
Heres how to keep it quiet if youve got one of the latest iOS devices.
This guide is intended for the newest version of the iPhones operating system,iOS 17.

Flip it up toward you until you see the red coloring shine through on the side of the unit.
That means your iPhone is muted.
Note that the unit may vibrate even after you toggle on the mute switch.
you’re able to also go intoSilent modeunder options > Sound & Haptics and toggle on Silent mode.
If youre on the latestiPhone 15 Pro, you do not have a mute switch.
Instead, youre saddled with anAction button, programmed to mute all notification sounds and vibrations by default.
Or perhaps theres a persistent pesterer who wont allow you to have a moments peace.
The good news is that you might quickly shut it down from the main iOS prefs panel.
In the controls app, tap Notifications, then toggle off the ability to Allow Notifications.
And once that happens, you wont see notifications from this app unless you turn it back on.
