Massive Pallet of Old Batteries Re-Enters Earth’s Atmosphere, Marking Heaviest ISS Trash Return Yet
The pallet contained nine batteries and weighed in at 2.9 tons. The EP-9 equipment pallet reentered at 1929 UTC over the Gulf of Mexico between Cancun and Cuba.
