This is no ordinary vulnerability, said Kasperskys Boris Larin in aresearch paperWednesday.
The vulnerability, which researchers call Operation Triangulation, was presented at ahacker conferencein Germany this week.
Apple did not immediately respond to Gizmodos request for comment.
This protection has rarely ever been defeated before but is present in Apples latest M1 and M2 CPUs.
Apple has since patched these four vulnerabilities.
