How was it all going to work?
Moore goes on to explain what will set the two stories apart.
I didnt know a lot about the Russian space program before I started doing this project, he said.
It was pretty ballsy stuff that they did.
The spacecraft were not quite as reliable as ours were.
They lost a lot of good people on them.
The conditions were tough.
So, its a familiar tale in terms of the narrative for people who watchMankind.
WithStar Citystill in the writing phase, not every detail has been set in stone.
For example, Moore isnt sure how the language barrier will be handled.
But he did reveal they have a larger outline of where it could go.
We have a path, he said.
We have a general arc.
Im not sure [how long] the jumps will be, he said.
We know we are gonna jump through time.
We havent quite got to that point yet.
Its probably still an in-the-decade, or so, jump ahead.
But its still a format that works for us and makes it a unique part of this universe.
It also allows their space program to advance.
