The Moonbase is in the final days of a successfulIndiegogo campaign.
The first models are due to ship sometime in April.
The Moonbase Gives Strong NASA-Punk Vibes
One of my favorite things about the Moonbase is the design.

Unlike the boring slabs of plastic you typically see with power strips, this hub gives space station chic.
Most of my Moonbases housing is a bright white that Genki calls Moonlight.
But the design fun doesnt stop there.

The Moonbase has a couple of cool features.
In addition to the AC outlets, the right side of the hub is a 240W GaN USB-C charger.
I used it to power myLenovo Legion Goas I took turns playing Hades 2 and Dead Cells.

MySamsung Galaxy S24 Ultra?
It only took 40 minutes to achieve a full charge with the 140W.
(What can I say?

I love flashing lights.)
The rig also has built-in temperature controls to guard against overheating.
In addition, the hub offers protection from surges, grounding, overcurrents, overvoltage, and multi-faults.
Who Said Power Strips Need to Be Boring?
But the star accessory, hands down, is the 100W Turbo Charger.
A flat charger, the TurboCharger acts as an expansion module for the hub.
Finally, a power strip thats as flashy as the rest of my tech.
The Genki Moonbase will turn a lot of heads with its futuristic lunar base looks.
And while the design will get you through the door, the functionality will make you stay.
