Facebookusers reported hearing a bizarre chirping sound while using the social media platform on mobile devices on Tuesday.
In fact, many people thought it was something they did wrong or a setting they accidentally changed.
But its not your fault, according to the company.

Scroll to Media and under Sounds turn off In-App Sounds.
We dont know for sure.
But it wouldnt be the first time atech change was met with disgust by its most dedicated users.

ET: Facebook just emailed to confirm the technical error should now be fixed.
