When theyre downloaded to your PC, you may be able to convert them to other viable reading formats.
Kindle lets youshare bookswith others but restricts it to members of your household.
Kindle devices remain some of the best e-readers, though theyre also very pricey.
For example, look at the recentColorsoft Kindle, which cost $280.
The most recent Kindle Paperwhite sells for $160.
And thats a problem since Amazon has removed books from its platform without notifying users.
