SpaceXs seventh test flight of its marquee rocket, Starship, ended with an unintentional fireworks show. Starship launched from SpaceXs Starbase in Texas at 4:37 p.m. local time on Thursday. Incoming President Trump asked the Supreme Court to delay enforcement of the law. It declined and there is no obvious buyer for TikTok lined up. If nothing changes, the ban will start on Sunday, the day before Trumps inauguration. Biden has said he wont enforce the ban andwill let Trump handle the problem. How did we get here? It was an argument the Supreme Court didnt find persuasive. For the forgoing reasons, we conclude that the challenged provisions do not violate petitioners First Amendment rights....
